Our commitment to your satisfaction. Here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging where possible
  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Some products (e.g. perishables or personalized items) may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team at hello@kenshop.com or use the Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or return authorization.

Pack the item securely and ship it back according to the instructions provided. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days after we process the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If you received an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped according to our standard shipping policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and may provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
