Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account under Order History.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team or use the Returns portal in your account to start a return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Bank processing may take a few extra days.
